Today just before 15:00 Company 1 was dispatched along with Rescue 43 to Assist Company 5 with and accident with entrapment. Squad 1 and Traffic 1 responded. While enroute FB notified responding units 2 vehicle 1 overturned, 1 entrapped with wires down and 1 vehicle on fire. SD1 arrived light smoke from 1 vehicle PD used ABC extinguisher to knock fire. SD1 crew along with R43 crew stabilized vehicle and removed windshield. SD1 operator stretched 1 line as a back up. Utility 5 crew assisted with hazard control and clean up. SD 1 and Utility 5 remained on scene until cars were removed and pole was checked by PECO. 1 injury. Units on scene Squad 1, Rescue 43, Utility 5, M100 D, Amb 48 and Amb 33.

At 20:21 Station 1 was dispatched for the building assignment on the 1000 block of N. Academy Ave. in Briarcliffe section of Darby twp. TS1 with 5, SD1 with 5, R1 with 1 as air bank and both Traffic units responded within minutes of dispatch.

Just before midnight Station 1 was dispatched to the 100 block of S. Chester Pike Glenolden for the MVA with entrapment. Rescue, Squad and Utility 1 responded and assisted Engine 5 Glenolden Fire Company Station 5 and worked with Rescue 43 Holmes Fire Company Station 43to remove the roof and doors.
